Anahata (The Heart)

The free soul is rare, but you know it when you see it – basically because you feel good, very good, when you are near or with them.

— Charles Bukowski

Anahata is the vibrating Emptiness sitting behind your sternum; the primordial Sun in the center of your electromagnetic body. The green frequency of the Heart is the unconsumed aspect of this solar fire. It is the “unstruck” light, energy that is not utilized for survival, but exists only to be joyously radiated outward to nourish the ecosystem. Standing in the middle of the vibrational spectrum, Anahata is the bridge between the salt of the Earth and the ether of the cosmos. It operates on a gnosis that bypasses logic entirely, serving as your personal connection to the infinite, intelligent network of light where all time collapses into the Love of the immediate now.

You cannot armor your heart and expect to hear the song of the Universe. When the world strikes you, the animal instinct is to build scar tissue, but this archetype asks you to put down the shield and discover the power of vulnerability. The heart feels everything, but it requires no rigid force to protect it. Its “unstruck” emptiness is infinitely potent exactly because it offers zero resistance. Allow your pain and your joy to integrate within this boundless space. Empathize with your situation until the illusion of a barrier between you and the other entirely melts. Giving and receiving are the same current of Love; and by joyously allowing this current to flow freely, you unlock the access point to the eternal library of the soul.
