Manipura (The Solar Plexus)

When one’s mind is made up, this diminishes fear; knowing what must be done does away with fear.

— Rosa Parks

Manipura is the radiant Sun, a “city of jewels” seated in your solar plexus. Located in the soft tissue directly under the notch of the ribcage, it burns with the original will to exist. Manipura holds the energetic memory of the toddler who falls a thousand times yet never considers quitting, because the concept of “failure” is simply a learned illusion. It is a magnetic homing beacon holding the specific frequency of your ideal timeline—the slipstream where effort meets ease. When your inner light is brought into equilibrium, it generates a thick, golden cord of energy extending straight from your core, physically pulling you away from distractions and toward the destiny that is awaiting you.

When this archetype appears, locate any knot of anxiety in your abdomen and recognize it as your internal energies temporarily twisted out of alignment. Rather than judging your stagnation or chaos, learn to take the steering wheel of your emotions. Softly release fear and apply the exact right amount of dynamic will to bring your vehicle back into motion. Do the thing that is exactly one step outside your current comfort zone—not five steps, and not zero steps. Whether it is making the bed, starting a company, or holding the gaze of your beloved, trust that by executing the single most competent action available to you right now, you lock back into your golden timeline.
